One of the bullets hit her shoulder and the other grazed her spine. Now, she doesn't have any feeling from the waist down.

"It's very frustrating for her, frustrating for me, frustrating for her mom,” her mother said. “To see her having to go through this, an innocent child that had nothing to do with whatever was going on outside that home.”
