Authorities released this image hours after the charges were posted but we feel it's important to share the info in much the same way we blogged allegations confronting the Independence Center shooting suspect.
But even more importantly . . .
Notice public officials addressing their approach to crime in Overland Park and how the conversation is a lot different than the Jackson County side.

“Well, if you do that in Johnson County and you resist arrest, and you use a weapon,” Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe said. “You’ve guaranteed yourself a trip to the Johnson County jail.”
“We don’t write tickets and let people go, but instead, we lock them up,” Howe said, “that’s the best thing for our communities, as far as protecting our citizens, it’s the best thing for our business community, who are being taken advantage of.”

Multiple felony charges filed in Oak Park Mall shooting
Johnson County Court has released multiple charges for a man who allegedly shot a gun inside the Oak Park Mall in Overland Park on Sunday.
