A quick point of reference . . .
We feel like social media and public education are letting down the urban NextGen.
As a community resource . . . We want to offer this quick fact check:
ROBBING U.S. POSTAL WORKERS IS DUMB BECAUSE IT IMMEDIATELY SPARKS FEDERAL INVESTIGAITON!!!
Brighter minds figured this out long ago but it seems this common knowledge is no longer part of the discourse on social media apps.
Here's the thing . . . Mansplained using a deeper than necessary tone of voice . . .
Post Office workers are putting their life on the line every day by walking dangerous streets and delivering the mail. Love it or hate it . . . The mail is one of the many ways that the government establishes a "society" that's worthy of maintaining.
And so . . .
The penalties for screwing with the mail NEVER justify any reward . . . Another cruel reality, most USPS items are junk, bills and/or offers to sell homes at cut rate prices.
The bright side . . . Somebody might make a pretty penny for turning in these not-so-bright local crooks:
One of the suspects, armed with a handgun, hit the postal carrier and stole postal keys.
If you have any information about this case, contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455, mention “Law Enforcement,” and reference Case No. 4196090.
