Mobile phone footage of misguided youngster altercations could impact the rest of their lives. 

Don't get it twisted . . . From what we've seen, we don't have any sympathy for the alleged attacker who was never properly taught not to hit girls. 

Still . . . These are very ADULT CHARGES that are on the table . . . Check-it:
