This week Stephanie Burton started her campaign for Jackson County Prosecutor. 

Insiders know: 

- She has a solid rep as the owner of her law firm. 

- She has worked with Midwest Innocence Project and garnered notable victories in defense of exonerated defendants. 

- She recently earned the OVERWHELMING endorsement of Freedom, Inc. given that the group has long hoped to support a candidate of their own for the Prosecutor's office. 

However . . . Here's a fun fact that might move the dial for many voters . . . 

STEPHANIE BURTON STARTS HER CAMPAIGN WITH OVERWHELMING SUPPORT & UPCOMING ENDORSEMENTS FROM JACKSON COUNTY LEGISLATORS!!!

All of this will give her the upper-hand against Mayor Q's staffer Melesa Johnson, who announced her bid last month. 

In fact, it's worth noting that Ms. Burton earned the critical Freedom, Inc. endorsement over Ms. Johnson recently.
