KANSAS CITY TALKER PETE MUNDO NOW ON BLAST AT 95.7 FM!!!

Early this morning a great many TKC readers should notice a radio power move that's ACTUALLY move impressive than some of the radio software programming changes we've heard about earlier in the week.

An impressive local media gambit . . .

KANSAS CITY'S TOP RANKING CONSERVATIVE IS NOW ON THE FM DIAL LOUD & CLEAR!!!

This is a good move for a lot of reasons but mostly because it brings more power to conservative perspectives that are often overlooked in the local news game dominated by liberal non-profits.

Moreover . . .

Pete does a better job than anybody clipping his show and making it available for online listeners. This FM move will provide even more flexibility.

"KCMO Talk Radio is moving to a 100,000 watt FM stick Thursday morning to 95.7FM."

Just a bit of excitement from insiders . . .

"Staying on 710AM, but adding 95.7FM, a 100,000 watt FM stick is huge."

We think so too and it'll be fun to hear him over some of the other local talkers who aren't nearly as knowledgeable or entertaining.

UPDATE . . .

For the record . . . Here is the presser that was sent far and wide after OUR KICK-ASS TKC BLOG COMMUNITY talked about it this morning:

Pete Mundo, Program Director and Morning Show host, KCMO, noted: “KCMO has a rich history. The addition of 95.7 FM provides a crystal-clear audio experience for our rapidly growing fan base and I’m excited to even better serve Talk Radio listeners across the Kansas City region.
