LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL OF THIS HYPE AND NOTICE THAT THESE PROJECTS ARE SPENDING BIG BUCKS BUT NOT EARNING MUCH REVENUE FOR KCMO!!!

Do the math and please show OUR TKC BLOG COMMUNITY any profit that doesn't come at expense of taxpayers . . .

- Brand new airport terminal (2023) [Poor design & No walkway for pedestrians]
- New plaza ownership (2024) [Retail is dead]
- Greenline KC? [Hobo camping ground???]
- KC Current stadium (2024) [Lady soccer low attendance???]
- Berkeley riverfront development (ongoing) [Debt & one developer under FBI investigation]
- New downtown park to cap i670 (2026) [Luxury housing noise reduction by way of hobo park]
- Buck O’Neil bridge reconstruction (2024) [Replaced with generic ugly bridge]
- New royals downtown ballpark / district (2027-28) [Might be going to NKC]
- KC World Cup host city (2026) [All cost no benefit]
- Rock island bridge redevelopment (2024) [Another entertainment district???]
- Pennway point district AKA FERRIS WHEEL (2024-2025) [Overpriced party district]
- Transit b/w downtown KC & airport? [No definite plans or political interest]
