A late death this afternoon occurred after a woman succumbed to gunfire injuries several days earlier.
And this evening a fatal shooting at 56th & Park has been recorded.
Again . . .
Unofficially, this is the 155th homicide so far this year compared to 145 last year and, of course, nearing the 2020 pace of 156 at this date on the calendar.
