"The resolution Jackson passed and sent to the Governor. They put in the resolution that Lamb was not armed. The Judge never stated at any point that he believed Lamb was unarmed."

The Jackson County’s Prosecutors office continues to be dishonest in their pursuit to destroy this Detective’s life. 

The prosecutor’s office does not actually believe Cameron Lamb was unarmed. 

The only evidence they presented in trial was the story of Lamb’s roommate. A story that had changed several times and was not credible. 

They make the claim to muddy the case up. If they actually believed the claim then they would have demanded an investigation into every officer at the scene that would have had to be involved in the massive conspiracy. They would be calling for the highway patrol or a federal agency to investigate the planting of evidence. Instead they made the claims in the courtroom and never asked for any further investigation. They have not deemed any of the police witnesses at the scene to be discredited and have not refused to accept any future cases that would require those officers to testify.

Jackson County needs to stop the charade. This city/county is in big trouble and they continue to make it worse. They are a disgrace to the justice system.
