 So let's connect the dots . . . 

Crime forces local biz into creating tech demands of customers which also impact lower income people and suddenly the economy inside the loop only seems to cater to a smaller, select group of elite denizens. Sadly, some might imagine this kind of economic bubble as tech utopia . . . But in this part of the nation, it's not sustainable. 

Check the resistance to the cashless society and more proof that historic KCMO violence isn't just a public safety crisis but also impacts our economy . . .

A cashless society is discriminatory, facilitates crime and hands dangerous powers to busybody officials, technocrats and woke pseudo-capitalists . . .

A cashless economy compels everyone to carry a smartphone all the time, and to have access to at least one payment card. It requires the use of multiple apps, and substantial levels of technological literacy. This discriminates against the elderly, and anybody who finds technology difficult. It is a disaster for those on the margins of society, without a bank account or who lack a good credit score. Many older voters are incensed at the way their choices have been curtailed.
