Kansas City Police Stats Expose Worsening County Club Plaza Crime

After a weekend shooting at Shake Shack and another recent spate of gunfire at a sneaker store . . . 

COUNTY CLUB PLAZA IS, IN FACT, BECOMING MORE DANGEROUS!!!

Accordingly, we present more data and news report documentation because critics claim that this isn't part of a worsening crime wave hitting the iconic entertainment district . . . The numbers suggest otherwise . . .

Since the start of August, there have been a series of criminal incidents around the Plaza.

According to Kansas City Police Department crime reports, these include 10 shoplifting cases, 14 instances of property damage, and 25 stolen autos.

It gets worse . . .

Sadly Mayor Q frames the issue of rising Plaza crime strictly as part of anti-gun rhetoric.

Kansas City, Missouri Mayor Quinton Lucas spoke out on Monday, highlighting concerns over the accessibility of guns in communities.

"The guns shouldn't be finding their ways into the communities in the first place," Lucas said. "Whether it's a death or whether they're able to walk away from the situation."
