Kansas City Hits 2023 Homicide #144 After Gunfire Victim Dies

There are dozens of shooting that go unreported throughout Kansas City, Missouri. 

Some of the these instances of gunfire change lives forever even if no homicide results.

Aggravated Assault (Shooting): 5700 Block N. Jarboe Drive

9/17/2023 at 1532 hours

"Officers were dispatched to the location in regard to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers confirmed a shooting had occurred. The victim was located inside a parked vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound and was unresponsive. The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Detectives were notified today the victim died as a result of injuries. A person of interest was identified and is in police custody."
