Not gonna lie . . . This experiment sounds neat and something that would make locals feel SOOOOOO superior telling their friends about it after vacay.
There are a million reasons why it won't work in Kansas City but here's the biggest one:
NOBODY ASKED PLAZA MERCHANTS ABOUT THEIR CAR CRACKDOWNS AMID RECENT KANSAS CITY TRANSIT MEETUPS!!!
It's just common decency to include stakeholders in decisions. Sadly . . . This town is becoming less friendly following the pandemic.
