And today's morning news cycle was dominated by a bunch of moo-moos killed on the road.

"A loaded cattle truck collided with an SUV just south of the southbound Front Street on ramp. Apparently some cattle were lost in the collision. Crews were working on reloading the uninjured cattle in to another trailer."

The southbound lanes of Interstate 35/29 were closed for several hours early Thursday morning as first responders worked a crash involving an overturned semi.
