Brookside Killer David Jungerman Dead

This dude was convicted of gunning down a lawyer who earned an EPIC but questionable verdict against the garbage man millionaire. 

The evidence that convicted him was a mysterious, mistaken self-recording that never REALLY made sense but confirmed a great deal of local media speculation and questionable reporting.

Full disclosure . . . Our TKC blog community might've mistakenly blogged his death twice already.  Some of our commenters can get silly from time to time.

Authorities confirm David Jungerman, 85, has died.

Last September, Jungerman was found guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting death of attorney Tom Pickert.

Jungerman's attorney Daniel Ross tells KMBC Jungerman died Monday morning in the custody of the Missouri Department of Mental Health at University Health Kansas City Hospital.
