And so . . . The truckload of plastic garbage speeding past inspired a quick snap because as we've previously reported: 

Kansas City residents are now using recycle bins for trash bins because we all know it's going to the same landfill.

Not so long ago . . . Kansas City dropping off surveillance devices door to door would have been weird. Now it's an effort to save the planet.
