Kansas City Summer Tradition: Dog Attack Sparks Reckless Gunfire

Wasn't the new dog shelter worth MILLIONS supposed to stop this kind of thing?!?!

I guess those promises now make as much sense as ideas about donors paying back KCMO taxpayers. 

In the meantime . . . Here's the description of a traditional argument that we've all seen play out dozens of times . . . Thankfully, nobody was hurt . . .

When the family returned home from the hospital, they thought their only concern would be their son’s recovery, but a conversation with the dog’s owner soon turned into confrontation.

Things escalated when witnesses said the son of the dog owner pulled out a gun and shot it in the air.

The suspect was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
