Former KCPD Detective DIDN'T Appear On Guv Parson Pardon List

As a legal fight continues . . . There's NOT YET a sign that Missouri's top politico will clear the serious charges against this former law enforcement official who continues to fight to overturn a Jackson County conviction . . . Check-it . . .

Speculation of a pardon began when Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker, earlier this summer, issued an open letter to Parson expressing her desire to not see Devalkenaere pardoned.

Parson's office called the letter "political games" and said he has not had discussions with Peters Baker.

Devalkenaere did appeal the conviction and oral arguments for that case begin soon.
