"Lux seeks at least $34.1 million in different incentives for 14 Wyandotte, projected to cost $194.5 million in its EDC application and $199.6 million in a third-party financial analysis completed this week. SB Friedman Development Advisors' analysis suggests that Lux's plan requires incentives to generate sufficient returns to attract debt and equity investors, though it finds the project would remain workable with a reduced award."

Lux Living's largest Kansas City proposal to date, 14 Wyandotte, would cost close to $200 million to build, according to new materials received by the Economic Development Corp. of Kansas City. The 27-story tower, which would include 300 apartments and 200 hotel rooms, now seeks at least $34.1 million in incentives from different local agencies.
