The Jackson County 2023 property assessment appeal deadline is Monday, July 31st. Need help filing an electronic appeal since the county assessment phone number doesn't work? Need home comparables (comps)? Want to volunteer helping seniors and non-tech savvy neighbors? Continue reading.

This week, the Waldo Area Business Association (WABA) and Waldo Tower Neighborhood Association (WTNA) bring volunteers together helping seniors and non-tech savvy citizens file on-line JACO property assessment appeals. We want to help. Walk-ins welcome. First come, first served.

WHAT TO BRING
* 2023 Jackson County reassessment paperwork
* Pictures of any outdated or needed home repairs used for your appeal. Take pictures on your phone and bring them. Images should include cracked/damaged foundations, failing concrete steps/driveways, water damage, outdated kitchens and bathrooms, peeling home paint, wood rotten windows, etc.

THERE IS NO COST ASSOCIATED WITH OUR HELP. This is totally free.

WE DO NOT WORK FOR JACKSON COUNTY. The organizers and volunteers are just regular people trying to help their neighbors.
