It's not his fault.
At one point he really was a comic genius . . . But times change and every career has its ups & downs. Heck, even some of Shakespeare's plays are absolute unwatchable garbage and he's arguably the greatest writer in recorded history. To be fair, all of TKC's Taming Of The Shew jokes still hold up . . . Because I stole them from Rodney Dangerfield.
But I digress . . .
Mr. Chappelle predicted his own career demise with an SNL monologue that was poorly received last year. His last special was hotly debated by the trans community . . . The argument was more memorable than any of the jokes.
And so . . . Like all acts on the downward side of fame . . . A KC appearance is obligatory in order to cash in on former glory.
