Mean Jean Gives It Up

An interesting development to be sure . . . But maybe not so earth shattering given that she likely couldn't run for dog catcher given the controversy surrounding her administration. 

Still . . . If the Dems win she's first in line for a federal judgeship.

Here's the word and the end of an era . . .

During a news conference Thursday, she announced that she would not seek reelection in 2024.

Peters Baker was appointed prosecutor in May 2011 and elected to the position in November 2012. She resigned from her Missouri House seat to take the job.

“I have learned so very much. I have served longer than any other Jackson County Prosecutor in modern history. And longer than any other state elected,” Peters Baker said.
