KCPD Remains Understaffed Amid Record-Breaking Homicide Surge

As we approach election season there have been a litany of ideas to curb the current spate of violence endured by local residents. 

Mayor & his council allies are in the midst of yet another fight for power & control of police funding.

And then . . .

There's also 30 MILLION BUCKS worth of no-show jobs offered to anti-crime groups. 

And, of course . . . 

The newspaper is working to lock up cops and denounce public safety efforts because of (you guessed it) . . . RACISM!!!

However . . . 

VERY FEW PEOPLE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT HIRING MORE KANSAS CITY POLICE!!!

This is a fact of life that sparks countless complaints but very little action.
