The second peek at unavoidable SKYFALL hits Kansas City today.
At the crack of noon we awoke to unrelenting heat . . . I'm sure that has nothing to do with the fact that it's Summer.
Thankfully, our local civic brain trust is monitoring the issue and working diligently to see how fear might further the municipal agenda.

The Mid-America Regional Council predicts Kansas Citys air quality index to reach 108 on Tuesday, one day after predicting an AQI of 101 on Monday.
Both levels put the city in the orange ozone alert category, with ozone pollution being the primary contributor to the high levels.
