She Shed: "A small building separate from the main home, reserved specifically for the use of an adult woman, in which she can relax and pursue her interests."
However . . . This little dwelling doesn't seem very fancy despite the exorbitant price tag given by the County . . . Check-it . . .
This is what they are saying it's worth $35,000, she said. Last year, it was assessed at $25,000 and this year it was assessed at 35,000 dollars. Its worth $1,000. You can see the corner down here, it's destroyed.
She said it has a dirt floor, holes where critters get in and termites.
