Will Brian Platt Dish Dirt On Dorch?!?

Here's the deal . . .

Right now, American politics is a dialectic . . . That means there's TWO SIDES to every story and nothing is ever REALLY settled.

This fact of life brings us to the current city hall crisis over the alleged mistreatment of Black women at city hall along with concerns from minority contractors following a controversial firing of a civil rights director regarding her arguments about hiring goals for the Northland META development.

Per ushe . . . This story goes much deeper and brings us to the big question . . .

WILL THE CITY MANAGER SHARE DIRT TO KEEP HIS JOB?!?

By all means we believe he will behave ethically and so far city hall has stalled every comment citing "privacy concerns over personnel issues" as their excuse.

However . . .

The city manager only has to say one word to end this conversation.

KICK-ASS TKC INSIDERS know that word but we're not saying.

Don't trust the so many pikers in the comments . . . The people who know this spicy word in question don't fight in blog comments all day. Sorry.

Back to our low end of the food chain . . .

As always, our blog community will dutifully watch how this thing goes down and right now the odds are 50/50 the that city manger survives past the election and much further than anyone understands. Or he could pack his bags tomorrow . . . He's young, smart and well-qualified . . . There aren't many people willing to fight it out to stay in Kansas City. Again, our apologies.

Still, here are a few things to look for as this story moves forward . . .

- Audio and/or transcription might surface that will make this story even more captivating.

- Again . . . A forum and/or East side roast of the city manager should be good fun for everybody.

- Mayor Q is taking a beating in the urban core for backing Brian Platt over minority contractors and that slap in the face won't win him any friends moving forward.

Nevertheless . . .

This is merely one more update as the drama continues to unfold and tensions mount behind the scenes.

Developing . . .
