Sign of the times and tragic hatred take out on a Show-Me State pupper . . .

She was taken into Rescue One, an animal rescue and veterinary clinic in Springfield, who then bathed the adorable puppy to 'scrub all this hate off.'  

'We are thankful that law enforcement rescued this dog and that we get to be part of her journey to a great home.

Horrified dog lovers across the country joined in to thank the shelter for saving the pup, and spoke out against the people who drew on the dog.
