Kansas City Streetcar Destroys Main Street Small Biz & Traffic Access

As we noted not so long ago . . . 

The demise of "Transit Coffee" on Main Street offers an indication of how little local planners care about the PEOPLE on this KCMO street who continue attempting to make a living.

Here's the latest update . . .

"We're two years away from being able to hop on and off the streetcar, and right now, that construction is impacting foot traffic for shops."

Streetcar construction on Main Street disrupts local businesses

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City Streetcar expansion continues along Main Street, and businesses along the route are in the thick of it with cones, holes and traffic. We're two years away from being able to hop on and off the streetcar, and right now, that construction is impacting foot traffic for shops.
