Hot Summer Nights returns with increased safety, conflict resolution strategies

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A local organization wants to offer a safe place for kids to hang out once school. Kyle Hollins, founder of Lyrik's Institution, is rebooting a program for young Kansas Citians.
