A 9-year-old is heartbroken after city lawmakers in Kansas decided not to let him keep his emotional support animal, a potbellied pig named Ginger.After a Newton City Commission meeting this week, Owen Grigoreva is now worried about what's going to happen to his emotional support pig."Well, to me, it sounded like they said that we can't keep Ginger," Owen said.
