LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (KCTV) - A 19-year-old man from Atchison will serve prison time after an accidental self-inflicted gunshot resulted in criminal charges. Jury convicts Kearney mom in deaths of daughters

Jenna Boedecker was found guilty of two counts of second-degree murder, four counts of child endangerment, one count of fourth-degree domestic assault and one count of second-degree property damage.

Former Overland Park officer loses police license
