Apparently whoever hauled away the draft Porta potties left a trail along Main Street from Union Station to Truman and it wasn't pleasant.
KCPD dispatched a crew and you had multiple departments making sure no one would get sick from the waste. I got the all clear call after 6 and our crappy situation was all over.
I only share all of this because right now, we've got a great KCMO team that focuses on getting the job done and has shed the silo'd "not our job" mindset. Management and everyday employees are working together as #OneKC

I am sitting on a bio-toilet in Finca Gaia, an organic farm nestled in the midst of the tropical forest of Puerto Rico. To my left, through the loose bamboo sticks of my stall, I can see lush avocado trees and tall plantains. Above me, the birds are chirping.
