KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One person died and two others were injured in a shooting Wednesday afternoon in east Kansas City, Missouri. The shooting unfolded just after 5 p.m. near Troost Avenue and Linwood Boulevard. One of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, and later died at an area hospital.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri police detectives are investigating a triple shooting Wednesday evening that has left one person dead. The shooting was reported just after 5 p.m. at the Family Dollar at Linwood Boulevard and Troost Avenue. KCPD says two of the victims have injuries believed to be non-life threatening.
