Agree or disagree . . . It takes a great deal of courage to serve as the only opposition against a crowded room of people and this council lady has accomplished that task many times over.

"Even though today's vote was 11-1, that is not an accurate representation of the beliefs of all Kansas Citians," Councilwoman Heather Hall noted.
