Commish Seyz No Rename For Negro Creek

This isn't exactly good news for anybody . . . Except Spanish speakers.

Consider . . . 

Negro just means black in Spanish. No connotation . . . Just a literal translation. 

And so . . . The we become a more diverse society with a myriad of new & old languages . . . The baggage and MEANING of old words in English begins to fade. Slowly but surely.
