Cannafest returns to Kansas City just as recreational weed is legalized
It's probably the biggest cannabis festival ever in Kansas City and it's happening beginning Friday. The 2023 Cannafest event is the third annual in Kansas City, but it means more this year as it's the first since Missouri legalized recreational marijuana. More than 100 vendors, artists and musicians will be in Kansas City to celebrate this year.
