In a vote of less than 7,000 people the incumbent held the advantage.

From a lifetime of watching this district . . . We know that this district flip-flops just as much as any politico. 

Still . . . 

An honest assessment of tonight's returns give the incumbent the advantage given that votes for newbie Crissy Dastrup might not go to challenger Henry Rizzo and could simply evaporate with EVEN LOWER TURNOUT EXPECTED IN JUNE.
