There's not a lot of love for the city manager amongst insiders or on the East side of town. But most politicos are afraid to pipe up with any statement that's too provocative. 

Clay Chastain is not most politicos.

TRANSIT ACTIVIST CLAY CHASTAIN PROMISES TO SEND THE CITY MANGER PACKING IF HE'S ELECTED!!!

Here's the word . . . 

Clay Chastain press release: If I beat (No debate) Lucas, complaint-fraught City Manager Brian Platt will be the very next City Hall occupant to go swirling down the swamp drain.

Lucas & Platt (sounds like an ambulance-chasing law firm) are destroying crime-ridden Kansas City by ignoring infrastructure and residents needs
 in favor of the needs of tourists, the elite and glitzy projects like these:

* $200 million fake freeway park,
* $351 million touristy Streetcar,
* $1.60 billion problematic Airport,
* $350 million vacant convention hotel,
* $$$ million downtown ballpark,
* $$$ million rolling roof @ Arrowhead...et al.

Think of what all that misdirected Community wealth could do if directed toward Rebuilding the Eastside of Kansas City and helping its youth who are killing each other for a lack of everything.

Lucas & Platt came in together. They will go out together, if I'm elected Mayor.
