Whilst his supporters attempted to keep him above the fray regarding so much racial hateration going back and forth . . . A litany of national TV interviews put Mayor Q (and KC) right in the center of culture war.
And so . . .
This week Kansas City might be witnessing what the next 4 years will look like under the leadership of Mayor Q in his second term: Comments that play well amongst national progressive media BUT ultimately serve to further divide this town according to the mayor's many critics.
Don't worry . . . We have an example . . .
Like it or not, a recent interview headline isn't exactly an argument for local unity . . .
