Fact check . . . The 3d model isn't "update at all" it's just another version from an STL company that would happy to wreck Kansas City.

What's worse . . . Whilst hipster bored at work love to imagine new cowtown projects. They NEVER ask questions about taxpayer subsidy. OF COURSE, this effort wants KC to pay in order to wreck the view.
