'A great source of aggravation': New KCI flooring experiencing scuff marks

The new Kansas City International Airport terminal is only a few weeks old, but widespread scuff marks on the flooring has caught the attention of both travelers and Mayor Quinton Lucas.Responding to a tweet about it, the mayor called the scuff marks "a great source of aggravation".Airport Manager Pat Klein said normal processes for cleaning floors aren't working at some parts of the airport.It means a more labor-intensive effort to get them up."It's a new building and we want to make sure it looks new for as long as possible.
