Kansas Guv Kelly Demands Apology From NYC Mayor Eric Adams

Trading insults would've been more fun but we guess this will suffice . . .

Here's a stern rebuke and a fight betwixt Democratic Party factions . . .

On Twitter on Friday, Kelly says she was in New York City visiting her granddaughter when he disparaged her hometown.

“I was in NYC visiting my granddaughter when you disparaged my hometown Topeka KS,” Kelly said. “It was this granddaughter who, with her parents, delivered Kansas kindness to you at Gracie Mansion when you disparaged my state last September. Enough already. You owe Kansas an apology.”

Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly is urging New York City Mayor Eric Adams to apologize after his latest comments concerning Kansas at a prayer breakfast. Adams mentioned Topeka, Kan. by name during his speech at the prayer breakfast, thanking God he was mayor of New York City and not a place like Topeka.
