Kansas City Royals Opening Day 2023: Starting Billion Dollar Taxpayer Ripoff

Just to be clear . . .

THE KANSAS CITY ROYALS ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SECURING TAXPAYER CASH AND WILL LIKELY LOSE 90 GAMES THIS SEASON BECAUSE THEY'RE PLAYING WITH ONE HAND IN YOUR POCKET!!!

What's worse about all this . . .

The billionaire in question is earning golf claps for leaning on sellout politicians and broke-ass taxpayers so that he can get a nicer luxury suite.

That isn't quite capitalism and serves as a reminder that we might be coming to the end of the American experiment that touted meritocracy as one of its founding principles.

On the bright side . . . The Korean food at the K is a nice touch and a not so subtle hint at the future.

Here are today's basic deets along with an offer of 15,000 (worthless) TKC bonus points to anybody who accurately predicts today's final score . . . Check-it . . .

The Royals will face their divisional rival, Minnesota Twins March 30 at 3:10 p.m. to start a three-game series. The opening week will continue at the K as they will face the Toronto Blue Jays for a four-game series before heading on the road to San Francisco.
