KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A terrifying situation on a Kansas City interstate Thursday afternoon. Kansas Highway Patrol troopers said a tractor trailer dragged a black SUV along the northbound lanes of Interstate 635. Troopers said a driver called for help around 4:15 p.m.

The United States Postal Service picked Ford Motor Co. to supply it with 9,250 electric vans, which are manufactured by Ford's Kansas City plant. Ford's Kansas City Assembly Plant in Claycomo makes the E-Transit van, which debuted in 2020 and rose to 10,000 orders by early 2022 as it began testing the car.
