Lux Living's proposal, which entails 200 hotel rooms and 300 apartments in buildings as tall as 14 and 30 stories, effectively would fill in a 1-acre gap tooth northeast of 14th and Wyandotte streets. The towering plan would occupy the block's last remaining land parcels, while furthering project momentum in the surrounding Central Business District.
