KMBC 9 Investigates has uncovered safety concerns at a downtown Kansas City high-rise condominium complex.A man who lives at the Wallstreet Tower, 1101 Walnut Ave., sent a tip to KMBC 9 Investigates with his concerns about the structural safety of where he lives.While the fire department says there is not an "imminent threat" to the structure, the investigation could take years.
