The debate over a KCMO landfill continues to spark tension amongst our suburban neighbors and outcry this week reached the tipping point
Now . . .
WORD ON NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS TO KEEP NEIGHBORS QUIET HAS SPARKED MORE SUBURBAN FEAR ABOUT TRASHY KANSAS CITY TACTICS!!!
Here's MSM confirmation of this fact of life . . .
"Neighbors are still concerned especially since the project developer has remained so silent. She’s even seen a proposal a from realtor representing the developer to buy land in the area, forcing neighbors to sign a non-disclosure agreement."
And this is where things get REALLY interesting . . .
KICK-ASS INSIDERS SENT TKC COPIES OF THIS NDA THAT'S BEING SHOVED IN THE FACES OF RESIDENTS TO KEEP THEM FROM SPEAKING OUT ABOUT KANSAS CITY LANDFILL BULLYING!!!
Check-it . . .

Now . . .
To be fair . . . NDA are often a part of the real estate biz.
The big problem here is that KCMO officials at 12th & Oak continue to deny this landfill moving forward whilst our suburban friends are feeling the threat of local garbage.
