The design is already a disappointment and the process has been exposed as EXCEPTIONALLY SKETCHY if not outright corrupt.
However . . .
For Sunday the newspaper is running hype on behalf of the BILLION DOLLAR LET DOWN . . .

OPINION AND COMMENTARY Kansas City has a way of falling in love slowly. Think Bartle Hall's Sky Stations, or the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art's Shuttlecocks and Bloch Building expansion: Their bold, innovative designs drew widespread skepticism and even derision at first.
