An insider summed it up this way . . .

"This is the world turning upside down for a lot of people . . . The union is going to go against a candidate that is threatening the housing & construction business??? In the long run that's a recipe for disaster. But I have to say that their endorsement is going to lend her credibility and shows that local politics is changing quickly."
