I thought my phone game was weak . . . 

However, pardon the pun, but Kansas City stoners are so typically out of touch that they seem to only communicate by smoke signals. 

However . . . 

Beggars can't be choosy as the nation looks to lower expectations going into a new year and yet another recession.

Now, the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners is looking at ways to recruit and retain more people.

Among the ideas: Allowing marijuana use, now that it’s legal in Missouri. It’s currently a deal-breaker.
